Erin Owens, MS, LPC Pending
I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor who specializes in supporting children, teens, couples, and families through life’s challenges. With a warm, relational approach rooted in person-centered therapy, I help clients navigate anxiety, big feelings, family transitions, relational conflict, and behavioral concerns by creating a safe space for growth and healing. I incorporate play therapy to support younger clients and offer spiritually sensitive care for those who wish to explore faith as part of their healing journey. I partner closely with parents, caregivers, and couples, offering practical tools and heartfelt support to strengthen connection, communication, and confidence at home and in relationships. Whether working through emotional struggles or building new skills, I am committed to helping families and couples thrive—one step at a time.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading fiction, exercising, and spending time with my husband, 2 elementary school-aged kids, and my rowdy 4-year-old golden retriever, Scout. On Saturday mornings, you will find my family at one of the kiddo’s soccer games or at home with a cup of coffee watching the English Premier League. Come on, you Spurs!
