This is an open, in-person, ongoing support group for women 21+ experiencing divorce.
Finding Strength, Healing, and Community.
You don’t have to go through this alone! Whether you’re newly separated, in the middle of the process, or rebuilding your life afterward, this group offers a safe and understanding space to share, connect, and heal.
In this group, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn healthy coping skills to manage stress.
- Reclaim your identity and rediscover your strengths.
- Feel heard and validated in a supportive community
- Create a new path forward with meaningful goals
- Enjoy a safe space to discuss your thoughts and experiences, as well as gain and share support with others experiencing divorce.
