How Do I Know If a Therapist Is the Right Fit for Me?

Finding the right therapist match starts the moment you contact our admin team to schedule your intake appointment. We take time to thoughtfully pair you with a licensed clinician based on your needs, preferences, and therapy goals. You can also browse our clinicians’ bios and specialties in the Meet Our Team section to get a sense of who might feel like the best fit before your first session.

We offer therapy appointments seven days a week, available both in person and via telehealth, with flexible scheduling designed to meet you where you are. During your first few sessions, your therapist will conduct a thorough initial assessment to understand your history and goals, then collaborate with you on a personalized treatment plan built around your unique needs.

Your comfort matters just as much as clinical expertise. If at any point your therapist doesn’t feel like the right fit, simply let us know — we’re happy to help you switch to another clinician on our team. It’s completely normal for the right fit to take time, and we’re committed to helping you find the support that works for you.
