Finding the right therapist match starts the moment you contact our admin team to schedule your intake appointment. We take time to thoughtfully pair you with a licensed clinician based on your needs, preferences, and therapy goals. You can also browse our clinicians’ bios and specialties in the Meet Our Team section to get a sense of who might feel like the best fit before your first session.
We offer therapy appointments seven days a week, available both in person and via telehealth, with flexible scheduling designed to meet you where you are.
