Self-Pay/Out of Pocket Rates: $210 for the initial intake session and $175 for each subsequent session.
Sliding Scale is offered. To inquire about our sliding scale options, please submit income documentation for all working adults in the household. You may provide either W-2 forms from the previous year or the three most recent pay stubs for each working adult. Documents can be sent to admin@owenscounseling.com.
