Deborah Fleege, Director of Business Development

My career started as a medical receptionist and continued to grow within the healthcare field. I have been a Practice Manager for many years in the past and joined Owens in March of 2024. 

My passion has been focused on delivering a positive and supportive workplace, while always focusing on the client’s needs.  I lived in Europe and went to school in Belgium.  I have traveled to many countries, giving her a diverse cultural experience.  When I am not working, I enjoy going to antique shops, cooking and spending time with family and my dog, Obie.
