Elaina Rossman, Master Level Clinical Intern
*Accepting new clients the week of August 11th, 2025*
I believe that every person holds within themselves the capacity for change, healing, and personal growth. Sometimes, however, life’s challenges can feel too overwhelming to navigate alone—and that’s where counseling can be a powerful tool. Reaching out for support is an act of courage, and I consider it a deep privilege to walk alongside individuals on their path to healing and transformation. It’s an honor to witness the resilience and strength that clients bring into the room, even when they may not see it in themselves yet.
My approach to counseling is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective. I firmly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I strive to meet each person where they are with empathy, respect, and curiosity. Together, we can work to explore not just what’s going wrong, but also what’s going right—tapping into inner strengths, values, and resources that support lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, relational and family dynamics, ADHD, and multicultural identity challenges. I am especially passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to move from a place of survival toward a more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful life.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy caring for my plants, connecting with friends, and going to local antique shops and thrift stores. These small joys help keep me grounded and remind me of the beauty in the ordinary.
