When: Saturday Mornings, 10AM-11AM

This is an ongoing Dialectical Behavioral Group for adults.
This group offers a supportive space for adults to learn practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, improving relationships, and building self-confidence—while connecting with others who share similar challenges.
This group will give you the opportunity to:

Learn effective DBT emotion regulation skills to manage intense emotions

Identify and manage personal stress triggers using DBT coping strategies

Build skills to navigate challenging work, family, and relationship dynamics

Strengthen self-esteem, self-worth, and emotional confidence
-
Develop healthy coping skills for daily stress through in a group therapy setting

Practice mindfulness skills to stay present, grounded, and regulated

Participate in a supportive, therapist-led adult therapy support group with DBT skills incorporated to learn, practice, and connect with others
Don’t go at it alone. Meeting weekly in a supportive group environment facilitated by a skilled, highly trained counselor could be the next step in helping you achieve your goals.

Most major insurances are accepted. We also offer a self-pay option of $85 per group session.
Group lead is Sherry Catey-Hayman, LPC, along with a co-leader.
