This is an ongoing Dialectical Behavioral Group for adults.
This group offers a supportive space for adults to learn practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, improving relationships, and building self-confidence—while connecting with others who share similar challenges.
This group will give you the opportunity to:
- Learn how to regulate your emotions effectively.
- Recognize and manage your personal stress triggers.
- Gain skills to navigate challenging work and family relationships.
- Build a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence.
- Develop healthy coping strategies for life’s daily challenges.
- Create mindfulness skills to stay present and grounded.
- Enjoy a safe space to gain and share support, as well as learn new skills.
Don’t go at it alone. Meeting weekly in a supportive group environment facilitated by a skilled, highly trained counselor could be the next step in helping you achieve your goals.
