Frank Bresemann, LCPC, CT

Frank is a very experienced and skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with additional training in life coaching, Christian Counseling and personal goal achievement.

Frank has extensive training and experience assisting those dealing with severe illness, death and life change adjustments.

Frank received his master’s degree from Concordia University. His professional experience includes providing therapy to folks with unique family dynamics including multi-generational living, foster care, and blended family situations. Frank also has extensive experience providing marital and family dynamic therapy. Frank welcomes an opportunity to use his vast experience in Christian based therapy when requested.

His clinical approach focuses on the mind, body and spiritual needs of all he speaks to. This includes use of DBT, CBT, person centered, reality, and choice theory approaches, among others. Frank has a strong desire to help his clients determine life priorities and goals to allow themselves to thrive. Frank is skilled at using a light hearted, yet serious clinical approach.

Frank prioritizes time with his daughters and five grandmonsters. He enjoys bike riding, movie time and family game nights. When all is said and done his favorite thing is just being with family
