Frank Bresemann, LCPC, CT

I have extensive training and experience assisting those dealing with severe illness, death and life change adjustments.

My professional experience includes providing therapy to folks with unique family dynamics including multi-generational living, foster care, and blended family situations. Frank also has extensive experience providing marital and family dynamic therapy. I welcome an opportunity to use my vast experience in Christian based therapy when requested.

My clinical approach focuses on the mind, body and spiritual needs of all he speaks to. This includes use of DBT, CBT, person centered, reality, and choice theory approaches, among others. I have a strong desire to help my clients determine life priorities and goals to allow themselves to thrive. I am skilled at using a light hearted, yet serious clinical approach.

I prioritize time with my daughters and five grandmonsters. I enjoy bike riding, movie time and family game nights. When all is said and done my favorite thing is just being with family.

I believe that it is a brave and smart person who decides to take a proactive approach to life’s challenges. If you are ready to honestly acknowledge concerns and work on life improvements, I am ready and motivated to help.
