Krista Mueller, LCPC, NCC, Clinical Director, Intern & Social Media Administrator

Welcome! I’m really glad you are here.

Allow me to tell you about what I can offer you and what I do, as I am passionate about helping people explore, motivate, and empower meaningful change so they can live their best life!

You can expect to be greeted with a warm smile (and expect some sarcasm later down the road) before settling into a tranquil space filled with calming sounds designed to help you feel safe and grounded. Once you feel settled and comfortable, we’ll begin building a supportive, collaborative partnership—working together to navigate whatever challenges life may be bringing your way, at a pace that feels right for you!

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing difficulties with:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-harm
  • Trauma
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship Challenges
  • Grief
  • Personality and Mood Disorders
  • Career-Related Challenges

I’m here to support you with insight, directness, and a good dose of humor! Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work—I show up with authenticity, patience, and compassion every step of the way.

I steer towards using a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), incorporating mindfulness practices to stimulate self-awareness & emotional regulation. I enjoy incorporating skill-building exercises, meditation, & daily tools you can use beyond the therapy room to support continued healing & growth.

Outside of the therapy room, I am an animal lover who you’ll most likely find either hiking, exploring nature, baking, gardening, or watching a scary movie.

In addition to supporting all individuals seeking counseling, I help support and mentor the individuals who are completing their internship at the practice, as well as create and organize the practices social media content.
