McKenna Worline, MS, LPC Pending

Empathizing with the fact that change is rarely easy, having been in the client chair myself, I believe growth is possible and am ready to walk beside you in your transformation journey.

My approach is all about connection. I believe that we all share pieces of ourselves with others, and those connections—no matter how small—can be powerful catalysts for change. You are not a fixed being; you are always evolving, and I am here to help you tap into your potential and move toward the life you want.

Using a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and deep self-exploration, I help clients uncover what’s beneath the surface. Like an iceberg, much of what drives our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors lies beneath our awareness. Through thoughtful guidance, I will help you access and understand those hidden parts of yourself—so you can break patterns, heal, and grow with clarity and confidence.

I am interested in working with individuals of any age experiencing depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, bullying, individuals diagnosed with Autism (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), conduct disorders, Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), and parent training. I extract technique components from a variety of therapeutic approaches to customize your treatment. My practices place great emphasis on effectiveness and sustainability.

I have experience providing ABA across in-home settings and working in collaboration with the parents and caregivers of my clients. I am adamant about creating and providing visual materials — most notably for child and adolescent clients. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use these materials during sessions, with opportunities for parents and caregivers to also receive training so they can confidently support skill use at home and promote effective generalization.

Outside of providing therapy, I find joy in running, pilates, creating cringy metaphors, and cuddling my cute little dog who acts like a pitbull.
