Ready to stop surviving and start thriving?
I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be clinical and cold. It can be warm, down-to-earth, collaborative and sprinkled with plenty of laughter along the way. I enjoy working with clients to untangle the messy stuff. So, whether it’s the trauma that won’t stay in the past, the anxiety that keeps you from being your full self, the relationship patterns that give you déjà vu in all the wrong ways, or whatever it is, I’ve got you.
I work with individuals with a special focus on complex trauma/childhood trauma, PTSD, codependency, LGBTQIA+ issues, and women’s issues. I draw from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I emphasize working on root-cause of the issue while managing symptoms. Whether you’re processing old wounds or current chaos, I enjoy creating a judgement free space where you can be fully human.
I also work with couples with a special focus on emotional/physical intimacy, mental load, and trauma responses within the relationship. I operate from the core belief that being in a relationship is a skill, not magic. I draw from techniques in Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally and physically. My goal is to help you take your relationship from a battlefield to a safe, passionate, and functional place.
I have a background in drug prevention and awareness education and photography. Outside of providing therapy, I enjoy wrangling my dogs, crocheting, taking care of my plants, writing, and staying active.
Let’s work together to reclaim your life so that you can enjoy living it!
